Gigabar Help Needed

Hi..
My Jornada came with Gigabar. I had to do a cold boot so I just reinstalled it. Can someone explain to me how to use the thing? It has a bunch of skins and schemes but I have no clue how to use them..clicking on the Gigabar icon does nothing and clicking on anything in the Schemes Folder brings up the error "There is no application associated with___" Please run the application and then open this file from within it" Help? Thanks!

i think wisbar is much better than gigabar, try the one from my site for example btw, additional skins are available in the themes section here
