| I seem to recall on one of the threads recently that it was possible to do a soft reset on a J720 without using the reset button. I am doing a lot of resetting at present and am concerned about the possibility of damaging the reset button with overuse. Is there a keystroke option?
Thanks

| You can go this link (http://www.yetanotherhomepage.com/j7xx/j7xx.html). It has some wonderful utilities including soft reset tools. Cheers. | |

| There might be a registry for the reset button and there might be a way to "rewire" the reset button to be one of the play/vol buttons on the front of the unit. | |

| Both Tweaks2K and Henri's (owner of j7xx page) 7xx Utilities program have a menu containing a soft reset option.

| Thanks I think Henri has provided the solution to this problem.
