| I only now tried to connect my Izzi Pro again to the PC after the hard reset. After a few attempts with the IrDA adaptor I got a partnership. I bought a second network card today, so that I can connect to both the internet and the Izzi Pro (using the Socket CF adaptor) at the same time (not risking using WiFi yet). Unfortunately, when I try to connect I get on the PC side "Unable to retrieve the device information. Please reconnect and try again." (This is from the "Add/Removes Programs" program of ActiveSync.) On the H/PC side I get a message that it's checking the partnership.
I've never had this problem with the previous few resets. What to do?
