I can take the HW reset but now can't calibrating my touch screen .please help me!!! How can skip the calibration method. westra@tv2.hu

I am assuming that your touch screen no longer works....

I found the following information on the net:

"4/2/2005 11:58:29 AM Re: TouchScreen Calibrate

If you place an empty file called welcome.not in the root of a storage card which is inserted on boot (on some devices you can place this file in the stable storage folder but it varies from one manufacturer to another) this will disable the welcome wizard. ..."

If your device takes an external storage card it may be worth a try...

IMO a simple esc will do the job if the device is a true handheld pc with keyboard

I guess I was thinking of my Neta. No built-in keyboard. If the touch screen were gone and it had no USB mouse and/or keyboard, I only have the <enter> key on the front of the unit.

Come to think of it, at that point, the device wouldn't be of much use then, anyway.?!
