For me it is the MP790.

The reason it the size is not too big, and the screen is a lot bigger than the Jornada. KB size is better, and OS. The price for mine was great also. I don't use mine for a lot of other things though. Ex. I don't really listen to music so no MP3, or video. Have little time for it. Also if there has to be a hard reset I don't lose my WiFi driver, b/c of the non-volatile flash memory. It is a very quick machine for my purposes.
