could someone please send me some screenshots (or direct me to a URL) of windows ce 4.2 .NET

Can't find any of 4.2, but here's some of 4.1:

why do you need them btw?

(i can show you customized 4.1 screenshots, with a nicer (more eye candy) look as well.)

WOW! that MSN Messenger is crazy!!! Its looks exactly like the real one! Gol I wish i had enough money to buy one.

yeah here's some additional pics of msn messenger on the sig3 (sorry i forgot about this earlier ).

it's japanese on the pics but we have an english version of it!!
