i installed it (v.3.0)onto my jornada along with the copying the files to the folder but it says that something required is not available.

After more and more installations, I think "why no try with HPC pro drivers of this site"?
After installes hpc pro drivers IT'S WORKS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally my J720 and Netgear MA401 work fine and I can intruduce the wep key.
Are changed the names of the drivers to download?
Thanks for your help!!

PD please, can you verify the names of the drivers?

Far as I know everything is named properly. Sometimes, as you found, drivers for an older OS work better. Glad you're online and working.

geez this is a sensitive issue. 3.0 could be considered "abandonware" (as it is no longer sold anywhere) but it isn't that simple sadly.
in any case talking about warez isn't welcome here!
