how install worldtalk in mp 780?

I have in file wtalkce.exe but don't work in my mp 780 or PC
¿is necessary to make something special or to have some librery?

hello I believe that the problem is that the file unloaded only have138 kb and the original is 779 kb . any problem with de web page . can you send it by mail? thanks (luirema@yahoo.es)

redownload it please, server isnt always working, and please download it directly, not by right clicking.
let me know if you're still unsuccessful
