I found the best program. Voice messenger force lets you chat like on regular MSN AND ALSO have an audio conversation with a msn buddy. Its meant for pocket pc but it also theoretically works with handheld pc 2000. I have a problem though.
it takes FOREVER to sign on. I wait ten minutes and it still says connecting. i tried it on my pocket pc and i still got the same thing happen! Is it dead just like the messenger force??
