Hi,

Is it possible to execute an application at startup (after warm reset) by setting a registry value? No command line arguments are needed.

I want my CAB file to run a program after install basically.

Thanks in advance...

I'm confused. Why can't you just copy a shortcut for it into the \Windows\Startup folder?

That's what I'd do...copy it to the startup folder and it will run when the device reinitializes with each power-on...

Esnure that the .bat or .cmd extension is registered to CMD.exe and drop the .bat into \startup, no meddling, no mess, and initialisation is performed post-boot. The Init values are part of the system the boot sequence - cmonex is perfectly correct in stating using it, just sequence it.
