| I have a HP 360 XL with Microsoft Active Sync 3.8 version and Dell Optiplex 170L Dell with HP Professional. The HP has been working great for a year and then just today it quits connection on its own. I have rebooted computer, recradled the HP, checked connections and it will start to connect and then stops. Any suggestions? | |

| Try a new partnership between the HP and AS 3.8?

| Pull the sync cable out of both ends, clean it off, reconnect it. Exit your firewall software (dosconnect from the Internet first), scan your PC for spyware, reinstall ActiveSync 3.8.
On the H/PC lower the baud rate of the connection back down to 19,200. | |
