REQ: NEC MobilePro 900c

Looking for the NEC MobilePro 900c with its parts intact, good working condition, I especially want a defect-free screen. Accessories and additional s/w aren't too important as I can get those myself. I'm looking for the 900c, not the 900, unless you've upgraded it to the equivalent of the 900c. I'm in Washington state, USA.
