Help: Wibook uncalibrated battery

I have got a new Brainium Wibook and a brand new battery (the original battery was dead, and I had to buy another one). After a few uses, and a hard reset I get an "uncalibrated battery" message from the battery tray icon: so I have no idea when I need to recharge the battery. The Wibook uses some unconventional battery monitoring system, and third party battery monitors don't work...

How can I recalibrate my battery ? do I need to fully discharge it ?
What are your experiences with the wibook battery ?

you need to calibrate the battery after every hard reset. just leave the wibook turned on and charge it up.

gsbattmon_tsy works fine, it will even show the charge in 1% increments.
