Is it worth the money?
I have a Jornada 680.
I know there's a limited time trial, but I'd like to save that for when I might need it

it's the best you can get for 680 probably, search up ceapi on google, after installing celib you can then access most of the APIs WinCE has to offer (mostly identical to the win32 apis), and then it becomes quite powerful, but it does lack winsocks.
