I think you mean 37 Celsius. 37 Fahrenheit would be considered hot at the South Pole.

I didn't realise Hungary was such an arid landscape, especially seeing that the Texas July average is only 30c and according to the Hungary tourist board your's is 23.3c. Global warming

Rei, how did you get on with the notepad?

well, 23.3 probably includes the average temperature at night.. so you can see average number is nothing close to reality. and texas must be really hot if it is 30 average.... lets just say you get 20 at night.. then 40 through the day! and if one day happens to be a little cooler, say 35, you'll get 45 the next day. so, i wanted to say that an average number will not tell much if you don't look into it thoroughly.
and yes, global warming, recent years have been much warmer than the previous years

The figure is stated as average daily temperature actually. I'd take it up with your touristboard
30-40 is h-o-t. Our record high is 34 since records began.

and know what an average is.

Don't you all know that there's no such thing as global warming? At least according to some "experts."

i'm sure you know what an average is, i just wanted to say most people don't realize that this only one number will tell almost nothing significant!

you mean only 34 celsius is the record in england?!?! quite low... must be a pretty cool (read cold) place...
