man, not weird at all. the gapi is a dummy one. in fact, it is part of a dummy gapi tools set from Japan and appeared about 3 years ago. Just search DummyGX in google and u find the official HP in Japanese.

some pals on HPCfactor has already discussed it and actually used it. check out relevant post here.

It has support for many many ce2.1x, ce3 and even S3. though a dummy one, it surely supports TCPMP and some emulators. check 'em out.
