PC Link alternative?

I bought a used Pencentra 130 with most of the software removed, including PC Link.

I'd like to put some more software on it, but most of the stuff I have uses activesync to install.

Is there an alternative way to use PC-based installers to install on CE machines, or do I have to scrounge a copy of PC link? And if I do, any ideas where one could find it?
