Hi,

I'm trying to get Quake 3 CE to run on CE 4.2 (which it claims to run on, but apparantly only the PPC shell). I'm getting the dreaded "Cannot find q3ce.exe or one of its components" message. How do i find out what it is missing?

Thanks

Right, i've fixed it. The inital console shows up, the RAM gets partitioned but then nothing happens. Any ideas?

I think Quake 3CE requires the game data from the PC game.. Do you have that in the right directory, I think its the .pak files or whatnot..

Yep, the game data is present, compacted and loaded. Something else is wrong, but no idea what.

Maybe you need more RAM? Hrm. Did you use the version that uses software rendering?

should be able to run on 64 if your not using to much on files or running programs.
I had some issues with the latest version witch have you tryed?
you might have to mess with the config file and chose a proper resolution for you device.
