Hi guys,

Is Air2Net Bluetooth (BT2000-CF) compatible with my HP720?

Hardware Compatibility List v3.0 says yes but this PDF only says for PPC.

http://www.ambicom.com/products/air2net/BT2000CF_Spec_rev03.pdf

Thanks in advance

The HCL has H/PC drivers, the Ambicom site has H/PC drivers. Can't say any more than that.

http://www.ambicom.com/support/driverdownload/ddbt2000cf.htm

It wont fit in the 720's CF slot, that I can tell you.

Yes, I know. I will need one PCMCIA adaptor.

There are drivers for H/PC 2.x and HPC .NET.

H/PC 3.0?

Thanks.

As it says in the HCL, there are HPC2000 drivers in the HCL download.
Pull it down and have a look for yourself.

I also have a Socket Bluetooth CF rasdio which I put straight into the CF slot of my J720 and it works great. I will use the PCMCIA slot for something else.

Patrick, I think you've just set a record for reviving an old thread (over four years old in this case). I'm sure you could have found a much newer thread on this topic to post that comment in. In the future please make use of the search utility.
