Are we maybe missing somthing?

This still gives same error on trying to install to sig 3. I thing wceloadext is working ok as I managed to install total commander which also errored without wceloadext.exe

I have the HPC MP 1.5 but how do I install it? Also it's a rar file, so do I need to get the software to open it?

EDITED..... Ok, I think I had it in the wrong folder. Anyway got a zipped one from HPC Software Repository. Going to have a play with it now!!!! Cheers Geared.

Oh, by the way anyone there was one file out of the three that didn't open. Is there anything I need to know about this or anything else to do with this download?

Please excuse my lack of " knowing what to do here" I am so so new to the world of the "Handheld".

I love this - it plays my camera's avi files better than my pc. But id there a way to minimize the display when you are just playing MP3s?

I was unable to instll media player 1.5.
I go the message "There is no application associated .. "

there is no association with ...what... ? CAB file extension ? if this is the case, your registry is messed up. You can try to correct your CAB registry association with GSFinder+ or smalltweak. Otherwise, you should try to restore a valid backup... or hard reset and reinstall everything...

Geared - thanks for this little wonder. I also depend on your MUI langguage pack. Is there anwyay to minimize or reduce the size when playing mp3s alone?

Can't you just tap on the app's name on the taskbar to minimize it?

Still not sure why 1.05 wont install on Sig3 when 1.01 will without issues (makes me suspect it's maybe not something I am doing)

Sorry - should have been clearer: I meant minimize to systray or some small, floating bar like GSplayer.

You need to unpack the Rar archive on your desktop PC first: use WinRar or some free Rar Archiver. Copy the resulting CAB file to your device and run it.

Regarding the HPC Media Player, I can't get the sound and video to match up, If I play at normal speed the video seems to play a frame by frame speed even though the sound is playing normally.

Any suggestions to correct?

Using Cmonex's custom rom with HPC. Plays mp3's just fine, but when I try to play a video the screen blanks, but I hear the audio. When I tap the screen the file stops, screen is restored with a picture of where file stopped. Am I missing something??? Would like to take some TV shows and movies with me since I'm always on the road....
