| I have same problem with torowl. The difference is torowl trun into MSDict and give up MDict.
The Machine is MIO310x, OS: WIN CE .NET 4.20.108. Processor: ARM.
I have try every htmlview.dll and webview.dll that I have, (Actually since I have problem with MDict in my mio310, I almost went to HPCNEC.com everyday)
Executability Check show that I have not miss any dll (after I copy htmlview.dll, webview.dll, COMMCTRL.dll into /Windows). But MDict still can not work. The main window of Mdict is empty. Any Help?
Rich Hawley, Thanks for your wonderful website. |

Ah - did you reminder to download one of the .mdx dictionaries on your HPC? MDict is blank/empty until you load one of the dictionaries! |

i really don't know then the htmlview pack i prepared (a certain version of htmlview, webview, webview registry file and a coredl2.dll ) should work with mdict. what happens if you download execheck and check all these dlls in the pack? does any of them report errors? |

| Several days ago I have to copy a commctrl.dll into the folder of Mdict because Execheck said it missed commctrl.dll.
the copyed commctrl.dll is different from the system file of commctrl.dll which is located in /windows.
there is a point I can not understant: why Mdict still missed commctrl.dll ? I think it can found the system file commctrl.dll.

| about commctrl: execheck could be wrong there - it can report this commctrl problem even when the program functions perfectly. this false error depends on the cenet system or so i noticed.
download: http://izemize.fw.hu/commctrl.zip and commctr2.zip, i don't know if it helps. |

| I do not know where I found it. sorry
it is COMMCTRL.dll, not commctrl.dll. I have commctrl.dll file and it located in /windows. If you go to view>uncheck hiden the files on rom, you will found it probably.
If you still want it, I can sent it to you by email. |

| I had the same problem with MDict - nothing in the right panel. Finally fixed it with the htmlfix.zip listed with Mdict on hpcnec. I also found I had copied the html.dll into the MDict folder (in addtion to windows folder). Once I deleted the extra html.dll, everything worked fine. Nice application. |
