Not getting confirmation page when I send mail in Hotmail? help!

Hi, just recently I've noticed that everytime I go to send an e-mail I've just written
instead of going to the standard "mail sent" page it instantly pops up a blank white screen and this in the URL? http://by103fd.bay103.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/premail

so I don't know if my messages are getting sent are not, is this a problem w' hotmail
or is there a fix? really frustrating also seems like hotmail is doing some strange things lately??

I'm having exactly the same problem, and it's infuriating. One one hand, some people are getting 5-7 copies of the same e-mail (because I keep resending it until I get a confirmation.) On the other, some folks aren't getting my e-mails at all, until they get the one with the confirmation page.

It'd be nice to know if Hotmail is even aware of the problem.
