helo all

first, i like to thanks u guys for creating such a good forum here.
this forum helps me alot.. i never experience using handheld pc yet, i thought the application was the same like pocket pc, since i was using XDA before.. lucky i found this forum by searching with google..

i'm not an expert in this kind of stuff.. but i hope u guys can help me out,
i need a chinese recoqnize software for my handheld pc ( jornada 680) i have search this forum for that answer but i dont really understand where to get the software i hope u guys can help me out..
o yah? how about software for viewing autocad file? u guys have any ideas?

Welcome to the forums, Chinese software? what do you mean?

yep i have sync with my pc thourgh infrared since i dont have a serial port in my notebook(toshiba) i mean the software so my jornada can recqonize chinese font and i could write some too..

You can install additional fonts (perhaps you can install a chinese one)
to find out how to do so see here:

Google isyour best friend to find fonts in chinese, 1001freefonts.com is a good website for fonts aswell though.

- control panel
- regional settings
and select the language

not really, that changes only some settings, not the language itself. but mui files may help (hpc2000 and later only)

btw, karuze, could you pay a little more attention on where/how you post in the future? as you have a 680 you should use the hpc pro forum, not ce 2.0, and what's more people with similar hpc's will find your posts easier there.

oops i'm sorry actually i tot my jornada is usinbg windows ce2.11 so i post on windows ce 2.0..hehehe sorry for that.. next time i will post it on hpc pro forum..
