Turn off Windows Animation

Found this from the net, for my J820.
J820 display is slow, I am looking for ways to speed up the display. This registry setting turn off windows animation to speed it up.

Create a new Anitmate Dword value of 0 at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GWE

Reset to take effect.

yeah that should work, i applied that on a j820 once... not that it helps too much but a little, worth doing it.. i do it on all my hpc's. either with a reg editor or smalltweak
