Create the graphic you desire, and then host it on your own web site, or some web site that will allow you to host it, and put a link to that graphic in your signature line.
For instance, click on "Your Settings" at the top of this page and enter the link in the box titled signature. Mine looks like this: <img src="http://hpcnec.com/richsig.jpg">
But review rule #11 in the forum rules area, your graphic must be no taller than 85 pixels tall and 400 pixels wide.
