| Interesting, if you hadn't hinted at it being a Japanese fan thing, I was going to ask if you were a Firefox fan!
Looks good though, very colourful. They should translate down into 2bp easily. |

| Thanks for the compliments C:Amie! I'm actually a big fan of Firefox! If only there were a version of it that would run on CE3...or CE2 ha ha ha.
I have made .2bp files of the two backgrounds I made as I also own an hp 320LX with the CE2 upgrade. I guess that makes it a 340LX and a Mobilepro 700 with the 32MB RAM upgrade (sadly I've broken the hinge on this one and although everything works perfectly you can't close the computer, it's stuck open.
Will the message board display the .2bp file type? I'm still pretty new here so I'm not sure. If so, I'll post them. I could actually post just the background images by themselves instead of the desktop screen captures. They are all well under the 75KB file limit I read before posting.

I'd be satisfied with one that runs on CE 6. Oh, wait, we had one:

Too bad it ran slower than a snail on crutches. (And I say that as a Firefox devotee myself, running it on my PC for years. ) |

| Tim,
The board won't display inline (GIF or JPG), but will take 2bp as attachments. |

What battery/resource monitor are you using Paspie? That looks a lot better than what I'm currently using (Plus!). It's Resinfo, from here. |

| Firefox 3.6 Beta 5 (or Fennec 1.1 alpha 1) was the last Windows Mobile build, I hear it ran okayish on some devices but most mobile hardware in 2009 wasn't exactly sprightly (tut...N97...tut). I tried it on WM5 and it wouldn't respond probably so it was back to Opera Mobile 10 after that. |

| I think I'm using a 240x320 piece of that image as the desktop wallpaper on one of my Wasp WPA1200s. It sure looks familiar - and I've never left North America. |

| So, I recently found out that my Jornada 690 and RayCrisis for the Playstation 1 - one of my all-time favorite shooters - came out within a year of each other... Decided I'd make something themed after Neuron O.S., the fictional OS loaded on the supercomputer which acts as the Game's villain. wasn't expecting WinCE to offset the wallpaper for the taskbar, hence why that "NEURON CYBERNETIC LINK SYSTEM" text at the top is cut off.

| Nothing exciting. . . but I bet this is the smallest desktop you've ever seen! (320x240, Mio C230 ) The image is the default Windows CE wallpaper. Edited by SwizzleDude 2016-07-09 9:45 PM
