Problems with AS4.2 and TMobile HPC

I have had my HPC for about 6 months now and have nothing but issues with my sync ops. I somehow finally got the connection between my Dell C510 and the HPC to get a connection without rendering a low or no connectivity error. I have been over the McAffe Firewall countless times and still cannot get this thing to Sync! UH! Please someone help! I uninstalled 4.1 and installed 4.2 hoping it would help.

what is the exact model of your HPC?

TMobile MDA is the model specified on the TMobile website. I believe they classify it as an HTC as well?

you mean the mda pro? that's not a hpc but sure looks like one so slightly offtopic on this site..

try the newest activesync, maybe 4.5.

No problem I will find a site suited for this dialogue. I have gone this long without the capability, another day or so will not hurt. But yes I have (4.5), no luck there either.

What are the qualifications to be an HPC by the way?

it should run a handheld pc platform.. or maybe core ce OS. and of course it has to have the form factor your mda pro already has.

i hope you can solve the problem, sorry that i couldn't help - i do have this device too, but i never use activesync.
