Some help needed on memory management

Hi,

I am just wondering if there's any way to make some API calls to set the amount of allocated space for storage memory and program memory inside an exe file. What I want to do is to write an execuatable file on StartUp to increase the amount of RAM without having to manually go to control panel and move the slider. It would be great if this step can be automated somehow, but I cannot seem to find the right way of doing it either by a registry change or making some API calls. If anyone has any idea on how to accomplish this, please let me know, thank you!!!
