| Hey guys! I'm trying to restore all of my files from my flash card back up, but I'm getting an error message that says for me to delete files, because I don't have enough storage memory available. Why can't I restore what I originally backed up without the deletions? I have already adjusted the internal storage space to the maximum setting.

If you are using HP Jornada Backup - it states in the manual that in order to (full)restore data with HP Backup you must perform a hard reset (remove both batteries, wait 5 minutes) first. (see page 81) | |
