You can download it to your desktop PC, unzip the ZIP archive with WinZip
(or an alternativ unzip utility
) and execute the setup application. This will start the application manager of ActiveSync to transfer the correct files to your device.
If you have a ZIP extraction utility like ezyUnZIP installed on your device, you can download the ZIP archive directly to your Jornada 680e. Extract the archive with ezyUnZIP and after this execute the following cabinet file: ResInfo.SH3.211.CAB
This ist the correct installation file for the Jornada 680e.
The user interface of ResInfo ist German on german devices and English on non german devices
(dependending on the regional settings in the control panel
).
