| Using the newest ROM build for the 900C: I've noticed that after a hard reset, I can just stick in my Linksys WPC11V3 wifi card and it is automatically recognized, I don't have to install any drivers.
This is definitely a change over the previous builds. Evidently they added support for this card...can anyone else verify this?

| According to a document on the internet, both WPC11 v.3 and DWL-650 v.P1 use Prism 3 chipset. Since the former now is plug-and-play ready on the latest CE .NET 4.2, the latter may also have a similar chance. The pity is that I no longer have DWL-650 v.P1. Maybe, somebody can try it and report the result. Having a plug-and-play card is an advantage because you do not need to install the driver when the battery goes empty.
Oh, I just read the document carefully. It says "Many Prism 3 models require downloaded firmware--the cards do not include firmware in the flash. The only Prism 3 model known to work with NetBSD is the BroMax WE300/Linksys WPC11 ver.3". If I had DWL-650 v.P1, I'd download the firmware to the card to try it out. | |

| After updating the OS on the MP900c can you just restore the data via activesync from the previous OS Version or would it mess it up? | |
