Try usedhandhelds.com - that is where I purchased mine, and it works great. If you are looking to sych without a docking station (traveling?), keep in mind that few newer laptops have serial ports anymore. If yours does not, then you will also need to buy a serial to usb adaptor, which may cost more than the serial cable itself.

Maybe - but I bet SueNY can find a serial-to-USB adapter for about $10 if there's a local computer show in her area.
