Orinoco Gold WiFi

I've tried the cabs off the hpc factor site & exec check says they are not compatible with my device, what am I doing wrong?
I'm not a computer whizz, just self taught, when I was at school computers took up a room!

I'm having the very same problem ..so it seems... I have no Windows computers available to sync drivers. I use Ubuntu Linux. I'm curious to know if someone has a CAB for installation that will run in WinCE 4.2 ... I've tried everything I can think of.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does work. what r u guys doing exactly. step by step.

I've tried to run the setup exe on my PC but nothing happens. (Using Windows XP Home) & when I tried it on the MP900 it says "Setup is not avalid Windows CE application"

It is supposed to go into your 900c not desktop PC.

I got the cabs extracted; but which do I use; I downloaded v7.82.881.zip from this site... now I have a MobilePro 900 ... which do I use? Thanks! :-)

I read your post,you obviously didn't read mine! I've got it on the MP900c in the CF Card how do I install it?

hey, im sorry to ask for help but i've downloaded the lucent driver onto my cf card and tried to doubleclick on it in my mobilepro, but i get an error message reading:
"There is no application assocaited with 'Lucent'. Run the application first, then open this file from within the application."

I read it correctly, I did not once see your write you had it on CF card til now.

You mention you had on PC so I thought you was going through Active Sync 3.8.

That is why I stated for you to state STEP by STEP what you were doing.

Hi, has just arrived to me from the cina a card pcmcia wifi of the nec, have I put the drivers of the oniroco and does it work but don't I succeed in activating the wep, if I select the encryption with key wep the field where to insert the key it is not usable, do you have ideas?

-=Quake Raven=-, Can you see the box underneath the one to load the key into ? The one under Key index. I have to shift my window from application up top a litte bit to expose the box to allow a manual key insertion Hope thats it for you.
