Resco File Explorer v5.13 - Desktop encryption doesn't work with WIN98

Anyone else having this problem with a Destop PC running WIN '98 2nd Edition?

When this software is installed, it also installs and desktop applet which is supposed to enable the user to encrypt or decrypt a file/folder. By right-clicking an item, the two menus Encrypt or Decrypt should appear in the SEND sub-menu.

Is this working for anyone else here?

I can't comment on the File Explorer you are using but there is a utility for encrypting files both on the Windows CE device and desktop platforms - including Win98.
