All they are is people who download en mass from the likes of tucows, everything they can find and then sell them on eBay.
It's all freeware & shareware which you can get anyway or trials of payware.
When you're buy it now price is $10 for a CD that cost you nothing to compile and ยข38 in materials.. plus three $ shipping... my that is quite a profit margin... but of course, they're only charging for the materials and not making any money for the software
I'd like to play semantics with them on "Works ON any Windows CE device" - not all that many CE device have such capabilities.
There is also no differentiation between CE1, 2 and 2.11, of which apps from a higher version will not work. And then there is the gem about SH4 support... liberally 90% of the CD wont have a SH4, conservativly somewhat less.
