dont forget to rename the correspondent gx*******.ini to gx.ini before copying it into windows folder.

well, i remember someone here did mention this gx.dll before and they talked about the Jp programmer.
they said that he once ported axxx.dll(the one used in porting ce3.0 programes, what's its name?)
and this gx.dll to sh3 ce211
but later. disappeared, his site lost maintance...so on.
just this after noon i googled that site for sometime but found no trace of it. It is really a pity.
this gx is just what i found after i read this post .

Just when I thought these could give TCPMP a boost in my 680. I've installed them and TCMP crashes now. Or so it seems, more like, the busy icon appears, then nothing. If I keep trying it just never comes out.

This is TCPMP 0.72RC1, I'm going down to 0.71 and even 0.66 and see if it helps (0.72RC1 is test release anyway).

Oooohh, I missed that part. It crashes for you too x-soar. Yep, the oldest version in that zip does work. TCPMP 0.72RC1 now gives me the option to use GAPI driver and it -does- run a lot smoother. Wow.

This is the highest quality I could pull with the GAPI driver:
MP4 codec, 128 kbps video stream, 11025Hz@32kbps mono audio stream, 10fps, 320x240.

I tried other codecs and configurations, and trust me, this is as good as it gets, sound is so crappy coded because the speaker can only play so much. I used ffmpeg.
