Custom ROM for Skeye.pad SL?

Hi Guys, have you tested the battery life of the pad? I charged it completely and used WiFi continuously for 1 hour. Guess what? It still had 72% power when I got tired. It's simply amazing!

ok if anyone still wants custom rom, new rom tools will make it really easy except i don't have a skeyepad

hello, I am curious whether you want to receive skeye.pad SL for testing and putting Your modified ce.net 4.2 image on it ?!
I am in a final stage of getting one and altough I am eager on updating OS I have no clue how to do it :-(

yes, you can find it in roms section on my site, though I did not post the tools publicly yet... because at the time of posting the rom skeyepad OEM still hosted the flashing tools.

however, since then, OEM apparently removed all rom update support. so,

download the rom complete flashing tools from my new link:

just extract the zip, preserving folder structure, then run the .exe with skeyepad connected.

I wouldn't expect it to be compatible. IIRC the XSL has a PXA-2xx (X-Scale) processor, whereas the SL has an SA-1110 (StrongARM) processor.
