Where to download the theme for mp900c that gives it xp look?

I'm not talking bout the one that is the media center theme. I've seen, in the screenshot section on hpcfactor, screenshots of ce.ne devices with windows and buttons that look like the blue xp theme. If this is downloadable, I would LOVE to have it.

As far as I know, no such thing has been released...yet...
I made the WinXP shell transformation pack for HPC2000, but this would not work on CE.net.
Unlike HPC2000, CE.net already looks a lot like XP (most icons and buttons are a "quick and dirty port" of the XP UI). I did make a Ce.net transformation pack, which is losely based on the XP shell, but with a few differences. I can post it somewhere if someone is interested...
