I have a Pencentra 200, CE Handheld PC Edition Version 3.01, Corre System version 2.11 with Pocket Internet Explorer 3.01.

Many websites check for the browser version so I would like to pretend to be Internet Explorer 5.5 running on Windows2000. I saw the following tweak:
Browse to KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\User Agent\Change the default value from "Mozilla/2.0" to "Mozilla/4.0". Change the "Version" value from "MSIE 3.02" to "MSIE 5.5". Change the "Platform" value from "Windows CE" to "Windows NT 5.0".

But looking in my registry I don't see the Windows folder.

Can somebody hint my to the right way?

I've only heard of this tweak being done on H/PC 2000 devices (which have PIE 4). I did this tweak on my 728.

Thanks for the reply. I'm going for an alternative webbrowser.
