Mystic-X's device is a Palm-size PC, not an H/PC. That's why the whole window is not visible.

I have a couple myself. Palm-size PCs (the Pocket PC's predecessor) go all the way back to CE 2.01. As for backup utilities, I'm afraid I can't offer any help - my Casio E-105 and E-15 came with backup utilities, so I haven't needed one.

its a Philips Nino 500, and there is nothing really useful installed no word or excel no web browser not a program that shows me the battery power status correctly (shows only "Good" "Low" or "very low" , and has no alert if the battery is weak, switches only off without any warning )
but the device as very cheap 11,49€ thats nothing I think , and I baught it just for fun, and there is ab bit fun, running on batterys for more than 5 hours and playing solitaire

thank you all for your help!

The geniuses at Microsoft didn't think that the Palm-size PC needed native Office apps nor a native Web browser. Nonetheless, I like my E-105 a lot. See my review of it in Yoldering's site:
