Webpage design software for the professional?

Is there any webpage design software with a gui that will run on the hpc professional? Specifically the nec 880?

When you say GUI I assume you mean WYSIWYG?

I don't remember ever seeing a wysiwyg html editor for CE...just text editors that would let your preview your creation after writing the html.

This one will run, but it doesn't support all the bells and whistles of advanced html editing, but it does handle basic commands okay: http://www.seanet.com/~fulcanelli/htmledit.htm

Also bSquare used to offer one that was very similar...you can download it here: http://www.tucows.com/preview/32361

I think HBomb is also available from this site somewhere if I remember correctly.
