OSimagetool is no good for anything.. thats an old ipaq dumper
what does it say if you run the command: pdocread -l
(l as lowercase L and not I
)
alternatively try bkondisk and bksamsung, attached to this post
(run these on the device itself, first try bkondisk, see what it says in log, and have an SD card inserted with at least 64MB free space
)
worst case use a ramdumper
pmemdump 0x8c000000 0x400000 ram.dump
or similar, but depends on exact memory map, get it with pmemdump and the line vxxxxxxxx -> p30000000 is what you'll want, xxxxxxxx in the place of 0x8c000000
