Need Win CE 3.0 arp.dll, dhcp.dll

I am trying to put an wireless 11b modem on my Casio E-115, but I'm getting a message saying that arp.dll and dhcp.dll are missing from the \windows directory. I don't have the original CE 3.0 CD, so I'm wondering if anybody knows where I can get these files? Does Microsoft have them (I didn't see them)? Thank you

arp.dll and dhcp.dll? sorry, i dont have those on the site, especially if MIPS. i will check if i have them somewhere. btw, is this casio really running ce 3.0, i.e. ppc2000?
if so..you should have them already. can you quote the full error message please?

Unless I'm mistaken, yes, the E-115 runs Pocket PC 2000. It was Casio's first Pocket PC (as opposed to Palm-size PC, like the E-105).
