One-off Warning Amnesty

The community, membership and us - the Admin's - have come a long way in the last couple of years.

There are a few good metaphores and quotes regarding forgiving past sins, so in the spirit of good will to all men (and women) we have decided to purge any and all user account warnings logged and issued between November 2004 and 10/07/2006 (UK date system).

So, if you had any warnings that are older than 12 months, they have now been cleared and forgotten about.

Gee whiz, I feel just like Scooter Libby....and you...another George Bush. Oops, hope that crack didn't get me a new warning!

Comparing me to George Bush is a straight banning Rich, you should know that by now... and frankly know better!

I said absolutely nothing about the man and I feel I deserve an apology for that.

I don't see anywhere in Chris' comments that he knocked the President.

I think ChasManor is interpreting your (I found it humorous) statement about banning me as implying that you see yourself as being compared unfavorably with a person she see's as a superior individual C:Amie.

When in reality, we all know you take pride in establishing your own place in the order of the universe and need no comparison.

If anyone should apologize, it should be me. Just because I think that Shrub (little Bush) is a complete idiot and the worst thing to happen to the American people since the Civil War doesn't give me license to use him in an analogous fashion implying stupidity embodied in a man coupled with a Napoleonic complex.

Barbara, I respect your right to worship Bush in any fashion you see fit and I will henceforth keep my political comments and beliefs on those other websites where the core of interest is politics and not handheld computers.

Actually I am the only one who "knocked" Bush. So don't blame C:Amie. Also I am from the United States (just to clarify).

Alright folks, there is a little something in the board rules about politics, and I suddenly remember why I put it there.

I still think an apology is not without merit here.
