I recently bought an NEC 900c on eBay from LaptopShop.
It's a good working unit, with helpful connection accessories.
After checking it out, I decided to stay with my Jornada 720,
due to longtime familiarity with it, and due to past investment in software. Most of the software should run on the 900c, but in some cases, transfer of software registration from one unit to the other will be a hassle.
The 900c has some features lacking on the J720... especially nice is the large keyboard. But the J720 actually runs many of my applications faster than the 900c. Of course, in theory, the 900c has a more versatile future because of its CE 4.2 operating system, and its more advanced version of Internet Explorer.
