Hi all,

I've been using my 680e and my Sony SL10 (Palm!!! ) for the past one week. The only reason right now that SL10 is still in use is because BigClock, a very useful timer/stopwatch/clock app for PalmOS has almost no equivalent for HPCs.
http://www.bigclock.de/

So, over the weekend, I finally got down to it and wrote a Timer/Stopwatch App for my 680e. I have not built the binaries for MIPS and ARMs, so only SH3.

Those new users with 680e, if you need a timer/stopwatch app, here's the zipfile ...

EDIT: This app is a no frills timer/stopwatch app. So, don't mind the clipped text for now!

Known bugs:
1. If multiple countdowns (timer) are started, the last to be activated would wake the HPC. The next build will have the different countdowns queued up so that the different timers will each wakeup the HPC after its preset interval.

PS: I wonder if the above "Known bugs" make sense to you! ... try running multiple countdowns, and you will know what I mean.

I guess my little app (12k) will do little to "bruise" your RAM!

Just curious, what did you use to write this program?

Thanks matrixcore, PS and all.
Takwu, stingraze, yes, I use eVC++ to write this app. I'm a native speaker in English, Chinese, BASIC and C languages ...

I'll put up the source later on when I'm done with it. Might be useful for those of us starting out on learning C/C++ to fiddling around with. (PSsst!)

Great job! Snappy!

Guess my wife can take advantage of cooking several foods simultaneously!!!

Label names of the timers or even Audio-triggered Alarms would be fantastic!

Hahah Snappy!, I think I'll be held off for the week. But the "anyone know educational visual basic source code for HPC-2000?" thread has some GREAT information!
