virtual software Keyboard like Simpad

Hi, I have a Bsquare PHH with a keyboard, but it is possible to insert a keyboard software like PPC, who have a software keyboard and the "TRanscriver"??
I need it because the keys are not illuminated, and therefore at night I cannot write!
