I tihnk that you'll find the error message say's it all.
Chances are the card is corrupted.

There are also threads on the board discussing CF read/write operations and corruption.

Try formatting it in a PC, instead of the H/PC, is perhaps your best hope.

Have you tried formating the CF card on a Desktop or Laptop PC?
If not, I would try that next!

and full Read/Write
all data transfer on DeskTop PC

What is it?

Did you format it as FAT, FAT32 or NTFS, secondly did you attempt to adjust the cluster size?

Have you installed SP1 & the combi update?

FAT only, default cluster size. Install the updates (SP1 in Support at the bottom)
