SIMPAD CE 4.2 ACTIVESYNC CONNECTION

hi, I have a simpad with CE 4.2 (updated from mullenger) I don't kmow how I can connect my simpad with my pc with activesync.
Infact connection usb work fine, in the pda the connection start up and the device is connected, but in my pc desktop the Activesync start to find a device, but doesn't connect! "appear connection in progress" but doesn't connect!

oh i think you need the usb drivers i can't remember the link now, do a search on this forum.
