It looks like the SCL is missing versions of the Oyajin Appointment software.

In the SCL we have
https://www.hpcfactor.com/scl/836/Shinichi_Nakamoto/Oyajin_Appointments/version_0.99f

I found this site which has version 1.36 (for "+" version)
https://web.archive.org/web/20020207003843/http://www.asuka.net/~tabe/lib/LifeRuntime/

^Obviously I need to add that to the SCL, and I plan to do that. But 1.36 doesn't seem to have source available

It looks like this was the original website of the Oyajin Appointment (non "+" version)

http://homepage2.nifty.com/pocketcafe/ce/oyajin.html

^But that URL isn't available on archive.org

Sometimes the Japanese software that was on nifty is sometimes mirrored elsewhere

Basically I'm trying to find all of the archive so I can add them all to SCL + hopefully source code

I believe you can download it here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20040603104813/http://www.asuka.net/~tabe/lib/LifeRuntime/index.html

Update: Oops, I read it was 1.36 version.
I zipped all the files from the above and put it on a shared cloud file.

Another thing I found. There is a software called OyajinAppointment++, which I found on Vector.

OyajinAppointment++ is here:
https://www.vector.co.jp/soft/other/wince/se219547.html?ds

Thank you both for the help!

Here's what I did + figured out:

1- 0.99f and 1.02 are the original versions of the software developed by Shinichi Nakamoto
2-^Aforementioned home page of above [EDIT: Appears to not be homepage, but rather a reposting of Nakamoto's software later on]

3-Oyajin Appointments ++ 1.36 is a source code based fork of Nakamoto's software. The developer who forked it is Takaaki Abe, of which their home page was there

4-I compared MD5 hashes for the vector.jp "1.41" file for HPC, and compared with 1.36 for HPC, and concluded they're the same. Thus, 1.36 is the last H/PC compatible version based on what I found from the readme

5-version 1.02 and 1.36 were added to the SCL; credit given to thenzero + stingraze respectively

6-I also located note taker program by Nakamoto called Oyajin Notetaker and added that to the SCL
